ETCnomad Base USB key + Gadget II - Education Package

Calling all lighting students and educators! Do you want your own professional yet affordable control system? We have just the answer for you: the ETCnomad Education Package. It’s an ideal foundation for students interested in lighting control.

What does the Education Package include?
It includes a base (1K output) ETCnomad USB key and a Gadget II 2-universe USB to DMX/RDM interface. The tiny USB key plugs into a computer, turning it into a flexible controller that runs Eos Family software.

With the unlocked software, you can network your Mac or PC directly to your lighting system, effectively gaining an extra workstation. The Gadget connects the computer to your lighting system’s DMX/RDM devices, so you can even control your lights directly from your laptop.

If you’re a PC user, you can use your ETCnomad USB key to run Hog 4 PC as well!

Am I eligible?

You can purchase the Package if you meet at least one of the following criteria:

• An individual currently in an education program or undergoing an apprenticeship or internship
• A student or teacher at a primary or secondary school
• A student, professor or instructor at a college or university

NOTE: Proof of enrollment, valid at the time of order, is required as proof of eligibility. There is a limit of one package per customer.

How do I get one?

The ETCnomad Education Package is available to anyone who meets the above requirements.  Simply follow these 3 steps.

1. Make sure you have a MyETC / ETC One Account using the same email address you will be registering with.
2. Download and fill out the ETC EDU Program PDF order form and scan your proof of eligibility.
3. Email the completed PDF form and your proof of eligibility to gear@bellevue.lighting. 
   

Can I get a 2nd one with this EDU program?

Quite simply, no.  This is a program offered by ETC for students and educators at a significant discount.  ETC's rules allow for only one discount per person who is eligible, period.  Do not buy this on behalf of anyone else.  You will NOT be able to get a second unit at this discount for any reason.  This is yours, and no one else's.  If you move school's, take yours with you.
